Synopsis and advance cuts of episode 3 of “YAIBA” heading to Tengu-dake to obtain the Thunder God Sword have been released

The synopsis and advance cuts of episode 3 have been released from the TV anime “Shin Samurai Den: YAIBA.”

This work is based on the manga “YAIBA,” which was serialized in Shogakukan and Weekly Shonen Sunday in issue 39 of 1988 to issue 50 of 1993 by Aoyama Gosho, who has released numerous hit works such as Detective Conan, Magic Kaito, and No. 4. This action action drama in which Samurai Wild Child Iron Blade (CV. Takayama Minami) advances straight to the samurai spirit in search of even greater strength, and boasts a total of 24 volumes, with a total of 17 million copies published. The TV anime “Shin Samurai Den YAIBA,” based on this, will be airing on Yomiuri TV and Nippon Television nationwide from April 5th on Saturday evenings at 5:30pm.

Episode 3: “Another Magic Sword”
[Synopsis]
Onimaru now takes on the blade. The horns grow and Onimaru feels strange at the usual, but the blade is energized by the battle. However, after obtaining the Wind God Sword, he is overwhelmed by Onimaru’s power and realizes his own weakness. His father, Kenjuro, tells him that in order to counter Onimaru, he needs another magic sword, the Thunder God Sword. In order to obtain the Thunder God Sword, he heads to Tengu-dake to meet Miyamoto Musashi, the swordsman who is now the owner and has been living for 400 years.
