The “Quarter Quintuplets” Miku and Yotsuba and others look in furisode♪ Nishijin-woven long wallets are available in limited quantities of 500 items

From the TV anime “The Quintessential Quintuplets” has been released, “Kyoto Nishijin Weave Long Wallet” which recreates the furisode that appeared in the story in Nishijin Weave. This is a collaboration item between Nishijin Ori and the Nakano family’s quintuplets.

“The Quintessential Quintuplets” is a romantic comedy based on the manga of the same name that Haruma Negi was serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine until February 2020. The story follows the main character, Uesugi Fuutaro, who boasts the top grades in the school year, and becomes a tutor to the quintuplets of the Nakano family, a beautiful girl who hates studying and is on the verge of failing, leading them to their high school graduation.

The first season of the TV anime will be broadcast from January to March 2019, and the second season will be broadcast from January to March 2021. The film “The Quintessential Quintuplets,” which depicts the final high school life event between Fuutaro and his quintuplets, “School Festival,” will be released on May 20, 2022, and the story reaches its climax. Later, “The Quintessential Quintuplets” was adapted from an original episode that was not depicted in the TV series, and “The Quintessential Quintuplets*,” which depicts Fuutarou and his quintuplets’ honeymoon, was released in theaters in September 2024.

The Nakano family’s quintuplets, Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Mayu, have collaborated with Nishijin-ori, which boasts a history of over 1,000 years. It is delicate and gorgeous. Delicate colors with elegance. Nishijin weaving is highly regarded as a work of art, and is a yarn-dyed fabric created in Nishijin, a region northwest of Kyoto city.

The Kyoto Nishijin Weave Long Wallet by Nishiei Idemon Bosho, who has continued to produce high-class woven fabrics “Nishijin Weave”, using the “Moni Monji” technique, which is passed down in Kyoto, will be sold in the anime collection to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the TV anime “The Quintessential Quintuplets.”

The Nishiei Idemon Bo Kyoto Nishijin-woven Long Wallet is available in five types inspired by the furisode dressed in Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and May. The design, which is sprinkled with quintuplet motifs everywhere, is designed to be understood only by fans, so it can be used in a variety of situations.

For example, in the model of the eldest daughter, Ichika, Ichika’s cardigan is hidden inside the Yagasumi pattern. In addition, the inside of the wallet is a secret design with a furisode from Ichika. The handle is engraved with the image color yellow stitching and “1”.

The inside card pocket also features five colors of stitching and a 5th anniversary logo. As a wallet, it has a three-layer coin purse that keeps coins organized, 17 card pockets, two free pockets and a bill compartment, and a perfect storage capacity.

A guarantee card featuring a furisode is also included. On the back is an explanation of the auspicious patterns spun on the wallet.
