It has been announced that the new short anime “Petit Kyua ~Precure Fairies~” will be released on April 3rd, 2025, as the first spin-off of “Small Central Mantachi” by PreCure. In addition to the newly opened official YouTube channel “Puchikyua”, it will be released as a non-verbal animation with no lines on each PreCure official SNS, and this is the first work that will be distributed only on YouTube or SNS in the series.
“PreCure” is a long-term TV anime series based on Toei Animation, which has continued every year, from “Futari wa PreCure,” which began airing on February 1, 2004 to “Kimi to Idol PreCure♪,” which is currently airing, with changes in motifs and themes.
This “Petit Kyua ~Precure Fairies” is the first in the series to depict the story of “little ally”, including fairies. “Wandafurupurikyuua!” Characters that have been popular across generations, including the characters that appeared in “The Mysterious Yuenchi” become “Petit Kyua” and gather together as “Mysterious Yuenchi”. It will be released as a new “PreCure” series, filled with scenes that will warm you and soothe you just by watching it, and will make you laugh.
The official YouTube channel on which this work is being distributed will not only be broadcast on the main story, but also items from Petit Kyua and events. Additionally, the official LINE account will bring you the latest information and wallpapers of “Puchikyua” that can only be found here. On April 1st, Petit Kyuazukan will introduce Petit Kyua’s little huddles, and on April 3rd, LINE emojis from Petit Kyua will also appear, so you won’t miss it.
Furthermore, to commemorate the launch of “Puchikyua,” the YouTube Toei Animation Museum Channel will be releasing a limited-time limited edition of carefully selected episodes featuring small peasants such as Mofurun and Porun. Be sure to check it out before watching episode 1 of “Puchikyua.”
In addition, it has been revealed that Petit Kyuamofurun will appear at the Toei Animation booth at AnimeJapan 2025, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight on March 22nd and 23rd, and at the character greetings at the Family Anime Festa 2025, which will be held at the same time.
