It has been decided that a collaboration between the TV anime “The Apothecary’s Monologue” and the “Reiwa 7 Kanda Festival.” A collaboration visual featuring Nekoneko, Koran, Kosui, and Kosui, who are dressed in shrine maiden costumes, Michiji and Takajun, who enjoy the Kanda Festival, are now available. It has also been revealed that collaboration merchandise will be released.

“The Apothecary’s Monologue” is set in the harem, depicting a girl who plays the role of a venomous woman solving various difficult cases. It is a hugely popular Harem mystery-solving entertainment with a total of over 40 million copies sold.
When TV anime began airing in October 2023, it was always ranked high in viewing rankings on each streaming platform, and won the special award at the TVer Awards 2023.
In the second season, which has been airing since January 10th, 2025, “#Apologetics’s Monologue” has become a trending social media trend just after the first episode, and the uncredited opening footage exceeded 1 million in the 2 days since its release. It has been gaining great excitement, ranking number one on multiple streaming platforms.

The “Kanda Festival” refers to a festival held once every two years in mid-May at Kanda Myojin, located in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. It continues from the Edo period and is known as the three great festivals of Edo and Japan’s three great festivals. At this year’s “Reiwa 7 Kanda Festival,” the highlight of the festival in which approximately 200 mikoshi parade through Chiyoda Ward, will be held on May 10th, and the mikoshi Miyairi will be held on May 11th.
In preparation for the collaboration with this film, which was recently announced, a newly drawn visual featuring Nekoneko, Koran, Kosui, and Michiji and Takajun gathering in the grounds of Kanda Myojin, all in shrine maiden costumes, gathering in the grounds of Kanda Myojin. Posters using this collaboration visual will be distributed to parishioners of 108 town associations and will also be displayed in Kanda, Nihonbashi, Akihabara, and other places.

These collaboration goods are scheduled to be on sale online from March 22nd at the 1st floor of the Kanda Myojin Cultural Exchange Center, and from 9am on the 22nd.

It has also been revealed that an illustration exhibition based on the original novel, “Shino Toko Special Exhibition: Kanda Festival x The Apothecary’s Monologue” will be held from March 22nd to June 1st. Selected beautiful illustrations will be framed in high definition digital color. It will be displayed along with valuable materials such as picture scrolls and ukiyo-e about the Kanda Festival, which are stored in Kanda Myojin, as well as Kumasaka Naganori’s float dolls, so don’t miss this one too.
