The opening theme for the fourth season of the anime “Osomatsu-san’s Bombache!” is DA PUMP! “A fun song with the sixpcs participating”

The fourth season of the TV anime “Osomatsu-san” will be broadcast on TV Tokyo and other channels from July 2025. It has been revealed that DA PUMP’s “Osomatsu-san’s Bombache!” will be used as the opening theme. Along with the announcement, we also received a comment from DA PUMP’s ISSA.

“Osomatsu-san” is a TV anime based on Akatsuka Fujio’s classic gag manga “Osomatsu-kun,” and depicts the protagonist, the six-children, who have become bad adults, being scum and NEET. The first season was broadcast from October 2015 to March 2016, and the second season was broadcast from October 2017 to March 2018, and the second season was broadcast from March 2019 to March 2021, with the release of the movie “Eigano Osomatsu-san” in March 2019, and the third season was also added from October 2020 to March 2021.

Furthermore, to commemorate the 6th anniversary, “Osomatsu-san: Hipipo tribe and the Shining Fruits” were also released nationwide in July 2022, and “Osomatsu-san: The Soul Takoyaki Party and the Legendary Sleeping Party” were also released nationwide in July 2023. The production decision for the fourth season of the TV anime was announced on June 6th, 2024, and it was ranked number one in the trending spot on X (formerly Twitter) for a long time. As this year marks the 10th anniversary of the TV anime, it is gaining more and more attention.

DA PUMP has recently been in charge of the opening theme for the fourth season of this work, and it has been revealed that the song title is “Osomatsu-san’s Bombache!” DA PUMP is a vocal and dance group with six members: ISSA, YORI, TOMO, KIMI, U-YEAH, and KENZO. He has created a variety of hit works such as “USA”, and has also participated in the Kohaku Uta Gassen, and in 2020, he won the Japan Record Award for Best Picture for the third consecutive year, becoming active at the music scene.

“Osomatsu-san’s Bombache!” is a number that covers foreign songs with original Japanese lyrics. The lyrics were written by mcA/T, who had produced numerous hit songs as a producer when DA PUMP was first formed.
The title “Shee!” is also a phrase for the character “Iyami” that appears in “Osomatsu-san,” and we are excited about the result of the song, as to how the character is mixed with the song. Additionally, this work, featuring six-child siblings, is particularly related to the number “6”, so some of the audio will be unveiled on June 6th. Comments have also been received from DA PUMP’s ISSA due to the announcement.
