ABEMA will be broadcast live for free on Sunday, May 18th, a special program for the new release of the anime “Seishun Piggy Boob” series, “The Opening Special Program for the College Students” series, from 8:30pm.

The “Youth Pig Guy” series is an anime based on a light novel by Kamoshida Kazushi. It is a sad yet fresh adolescent fantasy about the main character, Azusagawa Sakuta, and girls who suffer from a phenomenon known as “adolescent syndrome.” After the TV anime “Youth Pig Bang Doesn’t Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai” aired in 2018, three theatrical versions were also released in 2019 and 2023, and the long-awaited new TV anime “Youth Pig Bang Doesn’t Dream of Santa Claus” is scheduled to air in July 2025.
The special programme that will be broadcast this time will feature Ishikawa Kaito, Seto Asami as Sakurajima Mai, Amemiya Ten as Hirokawa Uzuki, and Ueda Reina as the new character Miniskirt Santa. Looking back on the series so far, we will provide a thorough explanation of the highlights of the latest film, “The Youth Pig Do Not Dream of Santa Claus,” which depicts Sakuta and his friends as college students, as well as new information.
This program will be streamed for free on ABEMA’s “Daily Life and Youth Anime Channel,” and you can watch it for free for one week after it airs.
