It has been announced that various collaboration projects for the TV anime “WIND BREAKER” will be held at participating GiGO stores from May 24, 2025. A large number of limited edition merchandise will be featured using newly drawn illustrations of Sakura Haruka and others dressed in sailor costumes and deformed illustrations.
“WIND BREAKER” is an anime based on the Yankee manga by Niisatoru, currently being serialized in the official Weekly Shonen Magazine app “Magazine Pocket.” The story depicts Sakura Haruka, a lonely delinquent high school student who has arrived at Wind Chime High School, a famous school that is a delinquent, aiming to reach the top of a fight, and meets the “Boufuurin” who is now a group that protects the city, and fights and grows as a member of the group.
He is a regular in the popularity rankings for Magazine Pocket, and has attracted attention, with the book being reprinted in a series of instant reprints. Season 1 of the TV anime aired from April to June 2024, and Season 2 began in April 2025, attracting even more attention.
This collaboration project between GiGO and GiGO, “WIND BREAKER x GiGO Campaign ~Marine Style~,” produced newly drawn illustrations and deformed illustrations by six people, including Sakura Haruka, Umei Akihiko, Sugishita Kyotaro, Subane Hayato, Kajiren, and Umemiya Kazushi, among others, dressed in sailor costumes.
GiGO amusement facilities and GiGO ONLINE CRANE during the period, if you spend 500 yen on the target crane game, you will receive a random original novelty using these original illustrations and a reprinted deformed illustration.
In addition, GiGO Group stores only offer special prizes exclusive to crane games, “Big Acrylic Stand,” “Hologram Can Badge,” and “Aurora Acrylic Keychain,” will be released, with “Deformed Acrylic Stands” and “Big Cushions” being added one after another from June 14th, and “Card Trading Card Cases” will be added one after another from June 21st.
