The Japanese version of the voice actor for this film has been announced, and it has been revealed that Kawahara Eito will play the role of Elio, the lonely boy who is the main character who is dedicated to his favorite universe, and Sato Daisora ​​will play the role of Groudon, a timid and kind-hearted, lonely alien boy. “Elio the Stars” is a moving fantasy adventure that depicts the epic adventures of a lonely boy named Elio, the latest Disney and Pixar theatrical film. The main character, Elio, is a lonely boy who is straightforward in what he loves, dreaming of a day when he can go to a planet light years away. He always thinks about his favorite universe, but no one understands his feelings, and he feels lonely.

Elio looks up at the starry sky every night, believing that somewhere among the stars that shine in this wide world there will surely be a “real place” there. The Japanese version of the voice actor for this work has been announced. The role of Elio is Kawahara Eito, a child actor who has appeared in numerous hit dramas, including “It’s Not to Run away, but It’s Useful,” the TV drama series “Toto-Nechan,” “Doctor X: Surgeon Daimon Michiko,” and “Don’t Say It’s Mystery,” and has gained popularity as Sato Kotaro in the drama “Kotaro Living alone.”

Regarding her joy when she was selected to play Elio, Kawahara smiled and said, “I like space, just like Elio. Elio is kind, brave and very good, so I was really happy to be chosen to play Elio. My family is just like me, so I like Disney and Pixar works, so they were so happy!” Regarding the recording of the dubbing, he said, “The video is beautiful and the characters’ expressions are rich, so it was easy to think about what kind of emotions I should put into this scene.
