A mechanical watch made by craftsmen using traditional techniques has been released from the TV anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.” Pre-orders for all seven models, including the renewed “Kamado Tanjiro Model,” will begin on May 9, 2025.

“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” was serialized by Gotouge Koyoharu from November 2016 to May 2020 in Weekly Shonen Jump. The story follows Kamado Tanjiro, a boy whose family was killed by a demon, joins the Demon Slayer Corps in order to turn his younger sister Nezuko, who has become a demon, into a human, and throws himself into a battle with demons.

The TV anime produced by ufotable began with the first season, “Kamado Tanjiro: The Rising Edition,” followed by the second season, “Breakfast District Edition,” and the third season, “Swordsmith Village Edition,” and the fourth season, “Pillar Rehearsal Edition,” began airing in May 2024. In the future, “The Ingenuity Castle” will be produced as a theatrical trilogy, with the first chapter being released on July 18, 2025.

Kamado Tanjiro, Kamado Nezuko, Agatsuma Zenitsu, Rengoku Kyojuro, Hashibira Inosuke, Tomioka Giyu, and Kocho Shinobu. Each character from “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” has become a beautiful mechanical watch (watch), and has been released by GARRACK, a brand specializing in character collaboration.

The traditional craftsman “Kanazawa Foil” is hand-finished by skilled craftsmen. Kanazawa foil, the largest producer of gold leaf in Japan, is also used at Kinkakuji Temple in Kyoto. Each product has its own unique character as it is pounded and stretched out by a craftsman paints its own individuality.

The mechanical wristwatch is made in Japan, assembled in Japan. Each model expresses the character’s personality with a dial or index, and a motif corresponding to each character is placed at the 12 o’clock position.

The hour and minute hand is designed with a Nichirin sword, and the Kamado Nezuko model has a ribbon. We also want to pay attention to the rotating discs with related motifs such as the tsuba of a Nichirin sword.

This release will be given a “winding machine” on a first come, first served basis. This is a convenient item that simply sets the watch and rotates it and automatically winds up the mainspring. It has a special logo design that can be enjoyed when displaying.

Pre-orders for each model will begin on May 9, 2025 at the official WORLD WIDE WATCH online website and at each GARRACK store, and will be on sale from May 16th.
