The synopsis and advance scene cuts for the first episode, “The Witch’s Return,” which will air on Sunday, April 6th, 2025, have been released from the TV anime “Witch Watch.”
“Witch Watch” is a bizarre magical comedy based on the manga by Shinohara Kenta, author of “SKET DANCE” and “Astra Beyond”, serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump, and has sold over 3 million copies in total. The story begins with Nico, who is currently training to become a witch, ends up living with her childhood friend Otoki Morihito, a high school student with demonic powers.
While Nico is excited to meet her childhood friend again, Morihito has a mission to protect Nico from the disaster that was predicted. This is how the unpredictable troubles caused by Nico’s magic begin to open up, and the two of them living together, a man and a woman of age.
Episode 1: “The Witch’s Return”
Otoki Morihito is a boy with demonic powers. Morihito’s childhood friend Nico has returned from training as a witch! Morihito follows the old alliance and ends up living with Nico.
Meanwhile, Nico was excited and excited to meet Morihito again. Will Nico be able to protect Nico from the inescapable and bizarre troubles caused by the clumsy Nico?! Nico and Morihito’s magical comedy begins!
The first episode of “Witch Watch,” “The Witch’s Return,” will be broadcast on 28 MBS/TBS stations nationwide from 5pm every Sunday, starting on Sunday, April 6th, two consecutive seasons.
